The silhouette of a violin is classic, instantly recognisable and symbolic of an ancient art that's managed to stay relevant in the modern world. I used a backdrop of rich, warm browns, like the maple or willow that violins are made from, to create a look as elegant as the sound of a bow slipping seamlessly over the violin's strings.
Snow Powers is a graduate of the prestigious Washington University in St. Louis, where she gained degrees in Communication Design and Marketing. Her particular interests lie in integrating typography with illustration. Before joining MOO, Snow spearheaded a visual marketing campaign for Local Harvest Cafe in St. Louis.
