Are these water bottles BPA free?
Yes, all MOO Water bottles are BPA (Bisphenol A) free.
Should I wash my MOO Water Bottle before use?
Yes! Do wash it with dish soap and warm water before you drink from it.
Can I put my MOO Water Bottle in the refrigerator or microwave?
You can put your MOO Water Bottle in the refrigerator or freezer, but not in the microwave (as it could damage the bottle’s vacuum insulation).
Can I put my MOO Water Bottle in the dishwasher?
The MOO Water Bottle isn’t dishwasher safe, but does like a nice bath.
How do I return my MOO Water Bottle?
You can return your unused bottle to us (in its original packaging) within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll give you a full refund. Send it to:

If you’re returning your bottle after 30 days of receiving it, please contact our customer service support team at support@moo.com. Include your details and the reason you’re returning it, along with any photos. Our team will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email.
If the bottle has been used, it won’t be eligible for a refund. MOO is not responsible for shipping back any product that’s deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Up to 24 hours. A whole Earth day.
How long will my beverage stay hot?
Up to 12 hours. (About the length of a day on Saturn.)

What’s the opening width of the MOO Water Bottle?
The outer diameter of the drinking mouth is 1.38”.
How will my bottle be packaged?
To make sure it arrives safely, the MOO Water Bottle is packaged in a cardboard cylinder, which is 100% recyclable. (We’re always looking for ways to lessen our environmental footprint.)
How should I look after my MOO Water Bottle?
With normal use, your MOO Water Bottle should last you many years. But there are a few “don’ts”. Don’t put your MOO Water Bottle in the microwave. Avoid overfilling it with hot liquids (careful!). To prevent spills and leaks, make sure the lid is properly closed and airtight. Don’t store any liquids in your bottle long term.
Also, some juices and milk-based drinks can spoil your bottle, and create too much pressure inside, which can cause the lid to fail. And please don’t fill it with carbonated liquids.
And of course, only use your MOO Water Bottle for normal, slurpy bottle type things, as misuse could damage the bottle (and potentially cause injury).
What liquids can I fill my MOO Water Bottle with?
Apart from milk, carbonated drinks and some juices, you can fill your MOO Water Bottle with all your favorite drinks.
What material is the MOO Water Bottle made of?
It’s made from 18/8 stainless steel, with a stainless steel lining on the inside. It has passed both FDA and LFGB tests (and it’s BPA and toxin free).
