Pop artist Lichtenstein went to Japan once in the bleak mid-winter and stayed in a small cabin. I wanted to allude to his time there with a Ben Day dot-inspired snowstorm and flat colouring of a cabin in the snow. The effect, while abstract, is also calm and serene. The dots take up the majority of the design to recreate what it feels like to be warm and hidden away in a cosy space during a heavy snowfall.
