As the founder of her own business, Anca Group, brand and marketing consultant, Ashley Libby first came across MOO while searching for new business cards. Luckily for us, she didn’t stop there! After ordering her Luxe Business Cards and noting the positive reaction they got from clients, Ashley went on to create a full suite of stationery (including our latest Luxe Letterheads) with consistent branding across each item to ensure her communications always left the best impression.
Life with Letterheads
We were most excited to hear how Ashley would be taking advantage of our newest offering. She started by adjusting her Business Card design to create Anca Group Letterheads that would still stay true to her business’s original branding. “I think my logo is beautifully simple and bold,” says Ashley. “I wanted to keep that cleanness throughout my design. From a brand perspective, I wanted my clients to know that I am a sharp individual – in business, intellect, and spirit.” Her sleek and geometric, yet open Letterheads have certainly accomplished that.
As for their usefulness, lighter weight stock and ability to fit into a printer for typed communications, Letterheads are extra valuable for Ashley’s business. As she puts it - “They're great for sending longer messages and typed letters, as an accompaniment to a marketing piece, a proposal or even an invoice.” MOO Letterheads are a nice in-between for situations too casual for MOO Notecards, but still in need of a memorable presentation.
Working with a full set
On top of her Business Cards and Letterheads, Ashley also has ‘Hello There,’ ‘Thank you’ and ‘Happy Holidays’ Postcards, and usually sends them out with a thoughtful, handwritten message. To ensure that her customers always recognise who is reaching out to them, Ashley keeps her branding consistent across her MOO stationery and website.
“I use the same font and, of course, my brand colours stay consistent - but it’s also fun to play around with a few different common design elements. I think it shows thoughtfulness, care, and also creativity and it reassures others to see consistency.” That means her brand flows seamlessly from her Business Cards to her website.
Want one last bit of wisdom from the brand and marketing strategist and consultant? “I believe that everything contributes to a brand – every spoken and written word, every marketing piece that an organisation distributes, every online and offline touch point – well, you get the picture.” The final message being that a letter (and letterheads!) from a business is often so much more than just a piece of paper.
