Food in all its glory was my inspiration – but obviously, cakes are absolutely incredible in close up photography. I like the way you can almost taste, touch or smell them when they’re totally filling the background, but somehow, like a Goya painting, the foreground is equally as striking.
About the designer
Emily is a Boston-based designer who earned her BFA in Visual Communication Design at the Hartford Art School. When not working at MOO she's most likely in her tiny home studio, sewing her own dresses, reading lots of non-fiction, and making breakfast for dinner.
