Meet the people shaping the future of MOO.
A message from our founder, Richard Moross
What they do. And what they do in their spare time.
Richard is the man responsible for creating one of the fastest-growing print businesses in the world. Fascinated by game-changing technology and design, Richard is driven to create products people love to own.
With design close to his heart, it should come as no surprise that he lists attention to detail, a drive for perfection, and innovation as pillars to his own (and MOO’s) success.
Nick has been part of teams that have led organizations through profitable growth, in times of tremendous scaling. He welcomes the chance to help our customers grow and develop. Outside work for Nick means being outside – mountain biking, skiing and boating.
“I’m excited to be part of a company whose mission it is to help businesses of all sizes.”
Gina is responsible for attracting as many people as possible to MOO. Since she joined us in 2013, her strategic vision and unstoppable drive has helped the exponential growth of our US business. She describes herself as the kind of person who gets stuff done.
“It’s easier to market a product that people like. Because our customers love MOO so much, my job is much easier.”
Over the past twenty years, Jaclyn has strengthened the culture at all kinds of businesses – from startups to household names. Outside of work, she loves tapping into her 100% Italian roots, spending time with her family and volunteering at dog rescues.
“I’ve never worked at a place where I can truly bring my whole self to work before. MOO is that place.”
A practising solicitor with a background in strategy and change management, Kate spent 15 years as a corporate lawyer. Before MOO, she was the General Counsel of Not On The High Street. Outside of work you’ll find Kate with her family and cockapoo dog, Inca.
“I’m excited about what’s next for MOO, and love that we can help businesses thrive in the new world of work.”
With an engineering background in IT and communications, Claire loves that MOO’s still small enough that she can name every person in her team. Outside of MOO, you’ll likely find her in a pond or lake – spending blissful hours open water swimming.
“At MOO, our technology lets our customers create something physical. This is such a unique challenge.”
Patrick is a highly commercial and seasoned Group CFO with extensive international experience, having delivered significant value across various industries, from consumer retail to B2B trade distribution and e-commerce. As CFO, Patrick focuses on facilitating sustainable and profitable growth while safeguarding the company’s pennies. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys trail running and playing guitar - though he admits his musical talents are best kept away from the public ear.
“MOO is a fantastic business where growth and stability are balanced, and customer delight is our north star. With this combination, the possibilities for success are endless."
Mark brings over 20 years of experience in Finance and Operations to MOO. In addition to a decade at Zipcar in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Revenue Management, Mark has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for two Shark Tank companies. Mark earned two bachelor’s degrees from Miami University in Economics and Urban Planning and holds a Master’s in Economics from American University. Outside of work, you will find Mark outdoors with his family and beloved Weimaraner.
“I love how obsessed we are with making every customer happy. I’m proud to be a MOOster.”
A big thanks for all their support.
