Celebrating with hybrid teams: four creative ways to make everyone feel included

Hybrid working is here to stay. What started as a necessity caused by a global pandemic has become the norm. According to an Investors in People survey, 9 out of 10 employees felt flexible working was the most important driver of wellbeing.

But how do you make sure that your hybrid team still feels like a team? Celebrating milestones like promotions, work anniversaries and team achievements can be tricky when your employees are scattered across the country.
