We spoke to our VP of Operations, Ricardo Teixeira Simas, to see how we make sure your order is speedy and top-notch, from first click to landing in your hand.

Customized in-house: East Providence 

From Business Cards to Stickers, we have full control over every step of the process. With manufacturing under one roof, we can ensure that each product meets our high standards for quality and design.

“Almost all of the print products customers receive from MOO are customized in our EP facility. We are also working to bring our more premium finishing option of branded merch, laser etching, in-house,” said Ricardo.

It also means we can move quickly, adjusting details on the spot and ensuring every order meets the MOO standard before it’s shipped.

We know how to partner: US-based vendors

We don’t do it all alone. We’ve got some seriously talented partners here in the US who help us bring your branded dreams to life.

Take W.E. Jackson, who has been providing quality foil stamping for almost a century. “They are masters at the old-world tradition of embossing and hot foil stamping. We work with them to translate the digital designs our customers create into brass dies that are used to impose them on our Notebooks, creating a timeless, tactile finish,” said Ricardo.

It’s all about finding the best of the best to make sure every MOO product lives up to its name.

Eagle-eyed quality control

Our team checks every order for accuracy before it ships, reviewing everything every step of the way. 

“We check quality at every stage: we have automated artwork quality checks, color calibration multiple times during the day, checks for squareness and accuracy of cuts during production, and a dedicated Quality Control team that does checks throughout the process and at the end. We also train all of our operators to quality check their work.” 

If our team spots any errors, we’ll reach out to you before your order leaves our hands. Plus, if you notice an issue with your order after it’s placed, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’ll work with you to fix the issue in time.

Packed by hand: No robots here!

When you order from MOO, your products are carefully packed by hand. And if there’s any issue during production, we’ll reprint the items before they’re shipped out. Nothing leaves our warehouse until it gets the official “two thumbs up” from our team.
