• Can I still sign in with Facebook?
  The option to sign in to MOO using Facebook is no longer available. Don’t worry – your past orders and designs are all still there. You’ll just need to update your password to continue using this account.
• Why do I need to sign in?

  Good question! There are several reasons, but first let us reassure you - creating a MOO account doesn’t sign you up for any newsletters or mailings. We will never spam you. Ever.

  If you’re a new customer:

  • We set you up with an account to make ordering (and hopefully re-ordering!) easier for you.
  • Once you have an account, you can track your own order.
  • If you have a Promo Code, we’ll check it’s valid before you get to the checkout – so no surprises!

  If you’re an existing customer:

  • Once you sign in, it’s easy for you to view old orders, re-order quickly and track your current order.
• I'm having problems logging in
  If you are having problems, first make sure you are entering the correct information. We have included a "forgotten password" link, in case that is the issue. If you are sure all of your information is correct, and you still cannot login, please contact our customer service team
